Exploring Storify search criteria

Community Media Lab regular Chris Wechner paid a visit today and shared a lot about his experiences with Storify since he was introduced to the web-based tool in the lab about a month back. He had learned a lot of the nuances on how to search for things to include in a Storify. He shared what he learned about including webpages and YouTube videos and even Google search results in a Storify.

He also introduced me to a website called LocalChirps.com, which can be used to search for Twitter posts by location and radius.

Chris also brainstormed with me a bit about how to engage community members to possibly enhance coverage of my police and courts beat.
